heed help here! plz help me

this mornong i use myfriend headfree to listen my phone radio forabout 20 minutes. after finish listen i give back the headfree back to my friend. there is where the problem came. when i opened my pl3 without headfree there is no sound. i put the volume to max but also te same. then i try to opened radio without headfree. with shock i can open the radio without the headfree. usually u can open radio without headfree right? but now i can...!
and then when i call people or receive people call i cant heard their voice but when i put loudspeaker only i can heard them.......


plz help me to solve this problem plz! i master clear 3 time still the same

your phone did not recognize that you took out the headset.
solution: take the headset and plug it in and out until the phone recognizes that its out (it makes a sound everytime it recognizes a headset is in or out)
