I've been looking for this adapter for ages...

Today I browse to Ratu Plaza, a computer mall in South Jakarta, and found adapter (with three lines in it) will cost me IDR 50,000 or about USD 5.5

And then I found this stereo adapter for treo, but it was just too expensive ($33.20). Side comment: We should have spent more on quality headphones instead of adapters, right?

It is similar to treo's one but without the retractable mechanism (fine by me!).

I bought my adaptor at a shop is Toa Payoh for $10. The sound is stereo but no mic so i've to unplug in order to talk on the phone. I've seen those with mic in ladies street in Hong Kong but the sound is mono so i din buy.

what pins does the original headset short in order to answer calls?
I have this post http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/v...&highlight=pin and crossbow has posted his discoveries but he too was not able to make it work. If it has any relevance include how much ohms it needs to short it (cross bow has enumerated many kind of switch with differences in ohms).
