Game boy and Nintendo Emulator

a few questions about this,, I was never a hardcore nintendo kid but wouldnt mind getting some games on my unit..


there is the GBA/GBC emulator for game boy games..and VNEs j2me in the download section..
but where do i get games?

Also
what is NES and VNES stand for?
I know GBA is for Game boy advance, and GBC is for Game boy color..

I told you i have never been a nintendo person.. lol

Nes= Nintendo entertainment system
Vnes= something like virtual nintendo entertainment system
And just do a google search for gbc roms and youl find a lot of sites

I just have Harry potter on my phone. Wanted to download pokemon, but couldnt find a working a version. A gbc rom is just a copy of a gb cartridge.

So for example i can download games from torrent websites and install it on the phone like i do w\ any jar games and it will work?

no, just the .gba or .gbc file on your phone, select open with, choose vba and it should start

ok, so look for a .gba / gbc file from the game when donwloaded..

guys im having problems w\ VNEs.. I installed it, but cant get games on it.. i downloaded a game and followed these instructions that were on the VNes zip file

1. List your ROM files in package.txt. Don't add ".nes"
2. Copy your ROM files to directory "roms". Make sure they all ends with .nes
3. Run makejar.bat, you will get vnes.jar
4. Send vnes.jar to mobiles

i get a file named package..not a vnes.jar file? what am i doing wrong

ur 2.txt has to be the same list as package.txt
