how can i change the colour at the round orange? and the blue colour Motorola sign

that picture is just a negative of the actual photograph. and as for the BLUE (not orange) light around the directional pad, that cannot be changed. for the motorola sign it changes according to your reception (blue is for bluetooth, green is for good reception, red is for no reception and orange is for roaming)

But you really can't tell when it's orange or red - since both are very, very alike...unless your battery's drained massively. Only then is it posisble to distiguish between the two.
