Linloader manual entry to the original InstRemovableDB

Is there anyway to manually add entry from InstRemovableDB1 to the original InstRemovableDB?
Since when I do as the Yantz's linloader how-to, my apps seems missing (the record on the original InstRemovableDB, changed with the InstRemovableDB1).

Can I just copy-paste the AppLinkRecord to the original InstRemovableDB. Which part should I change (AppLinkRecord#, uid, ... what else ??)
