NEWBIE COME HERE instruction for flash your E680

HOW TO FLASH YOUR PHONE

1. So first you must use PST (install PST with his crack file god damn don’t forget to copy the PST crack file to the PST file in the program files > Motorola ) . Click the PST_crack.exe there are 6 files for patch. Click next and in the end is Multiflashflex.exe

To flash your phone you will use the application in PST folder with name Multiflashflex.exe .There is 3 firmware ABP, AAP, A4P you must find the right CG33 and CG36 patch for your phone type and your new firmware type).you can find it in http://vllp.sourceforge.net/. Example if you want ABP for your new firmware in your E680 you must download:
• E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_full
• ThreeSearch_C5_AB_patch_E680_unicode_gaintable_startup_acmattach_bash2_backupnative_neo_leomsg_ezxdialog_switchfont_2.0
• And if you want to modify the cg 36 take the new CG36 by sandman in download section and rename the CG36.smg file to be : E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_fullCG36.smg
• For the CG35 file I chose CG35 by Sandman in download section

Make the new folder in PST file example ABP(if you want to install ABP) . extract the E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_full and you will see E680I_G_0D.C5.ABP_0D.B3.B1P_T674VE_L001_S004_P006_GSOE680IT674VE007_full.shx . After copy that file shx to your ABP folder. And now change your phone to be a modem mode. And connect it to your PC! Run MultiFlashflex.exe and some driver will install. You will see in your phone in the first place. In the flash setup you must to chose the shx file. Chose your new firmware (shx file) in the ABP folder. And click START

[if your already change the phone to modem mode but the PC can’t detect it go to Control Panel > install new hardware > and PC will search the driver that already connected and you will see the Motorola Modem whit the ask symbol > and install your driver modem]

2. during the erasing memory you must copy the patch CG33 and CG36 for your phone. Use the CG33 version 2.0 and CG36(I use new CG36 sandman) and don’t forget you must search the real CG33 for your phone version because there are 2 type e680 and e680i. Copy these 2 patch in the same folder where do you put the new firmware (folder ABP). and it will say the flashing is failed.

3. restart your phone (you will see china mobile brand) and than master clear and master reset with code 000000.

[if you see after china mobile brand wallpaper the phone is get off or black screen it means you put the wrong patch file(wrong CG33 and CG36) so the flashing is corrupted. Don’t worry pull the battery and put it again. Try to push camera button, volume down, and on/off button in the same time for 2 seconds. And you will see blue screen it means the bootloader is working and you can try to reflash again]

4. copy file 1). config_cg33.mtf, 2). installfont.mtf, 3). switchfont.jar and 4). restoreDB.jar too your SD card. Download these 4 files in http://vllp.sourceforge.net/ but in the development section

5. and install it 1, 2, 3, and 4. restart again the phone .when you install these 4 files it’s maybe take 30 to 60 second keep your eyes to your phone.(after restart you will hear the startup sound so it means your CG33 is work and active in your phone)

6. after that all you must to install CG35 with telnet in your PC(copy CG35.smg too your SD). But before you must install the bellcara USB driver !! and than you must change your phone to modem mode. (don’t forget to check is there an “acmattach.txt” in your diska)

7. go to “run” on your PC type "cmd" or go too my computer>windows>system32>cmd.exe

8. type "telnet 169.254.142.2" and than there is a login type "root". and type again “cp /mmc/mmca1/CG35.smg /dev/tffsa” and enter don’t forget the space after “.smg”

10. wait for 1 to 2 minutes and you will see #root .Unplug from your PC you restart the phone.

12. Now you have your e680i with the CG33 , CG 35, and , CG36 the flash is success

amorphis, PST is a program. you need it to flash your phone.

gj speakerscream on the guide. its sad how we have SO many flashing guides yet people still get confused.

Hi guys,i'm newbie here n need some instruction.I've successfully flash my e680 to i,but accidently pressed unlock code.Now i can't access my phone.I've try to unlock with '000000' but its not working.Do i have to flash again?pls guys out there.I'm using this firmware :
