How to remove excess icons from e680?

hi guyz

i installed eplayer but somehow 2 eplayer logo appeared on screen
how can i remove one of them??

And i have also linloader icon. But i have one linloader icon "in the shape of p1icsel browser" these two icons related with linloader applctn
How can i remove the p1csel icon??? from the screen??

briefly i dont know how to remove excess icons from the screen...

and how can i change the image shape of an icon?

for example my p1csel browser icon is in the shape of an jar game image. but it runs p1csel browser.??
How can i change the icon image??
