SMS inserting text did freeze my E680 and sound interference

It seems that E680 is having more problems than I think!
Can someone help me with this:
Inserting text in to SMS message sometimes (very often) did freeze my E680 display, and I have to reboot after inserting battery from the slot as to bypass problem?
Second thing is that latelly I do have sound interference from mic and speaker when I make and receive calls, and I'm not close to any other sound device? I thing that this is not the problem with the GSM carrier, as I know?
Can bassboost neo application make something wrong here?
