    Default change e680 Radio station memory..

    the radiomemory is normal just for 10 radio stations.

    change it under

    \\169.254.142.2\system\ezxlocal\download\appwrite\setup\ezx_fmradio.cfg

    from

    "TotalStations = 10"

    to

    "TotalStations = 99" (tested, works fine)

    or more(not tested)..

    so you can save much more radio stations in you phone..

    also the radiofrequency could be expanded
    example from 50.0Mhz to 999.0Mhz but the hardware in the e680 want not work like that on my e680..

    may another e680 user can recieve some radio/Tv/Police-stations under 87.0Mhz or over 108.0 Mhz... tell me if it works..

    from

    BandLimitLow = 50000

    to

    "BandLimitHigh = 999000"

    guess if i use :

    from
    BandLimitLow = 100
    to
    BandLimitHigh = 999000

    the radio can sure display those crazy freq number, but receive nothing. let say UHF using freq 800Mhz, and i was searching through until 900mhz gives me no television station. and also AM(station) which took below 87,5 mhz (i use 153 Khz is bbc from germany) they didn't receive anything but last freq used between 87500 -- 108000

    can anybody confirm this?

    The radio ic can only receive FM in the default range(87.5MHz to 108MHz) with e680 radio app, you can set it to 76Mhz to 91MHz(Japanese radio band) if you hack the radio app or compile another hehehe. Maybe if you change the internal circuit you can get some more band but uncalibratted tunning. It's too much things to only have a bit of unuseful bands (after 108 thru 130 everything is in AM mode, airport band...). My radio scanner cost almost the price of this phone to do 100khz to 1.3ghz, it's pushing too much of the phone trying get this out of it.
