imtoo mpeg encoder setting

i use imtoo mpeg to convert movie to play with my e680...the problem is what is the setting...

i cant open the file in e680 realplayer...

Use 3GP or MPEG4 - others won't work. For AVI/MPEG, you'll need Eplayer.

The resolution: try keeping it to what it is already - or make it larger.

Bit rate: keep it atleast 22000, and 32KB - minimum, but this will increase the file size.

I'm using IMTOO myself - quite good.
