help needed...urgent!!!

I just bought the E680 a week ago, and while i'm trying to change the theme d/loaded from the web, my h/phone won't load.. it keep loading (white screen with motorola logo in the middle)......I completely dont know why...
Please help me to solve this problem as i kept some inportant company data in it.....my mistake then...

help in needed.....please anyone

you prob didn't install the theme properly
you will have to either telnet into the phone if u can, or else flash the phone

thanx for the reply..i know that i have to telnet or flash the phone,...but i dont know the proper way as i'm still new wirt this...i did tried to read and understand the post about the same problem, but cannot understand...
can you provide me step by step on how to telnet e.g where to get software in the operation.......Thanx in advance..

i just completely dont know what to do..

let say i have to send the phone to the customer service...can? and how much it will cost me...
