notepad bug?

anyone else notice that when they try to quit notepad, the open file dialogue pops up?

is that supposed to be intended?

i think its intended, not a bug. it was really annoying at first, but now i've gotten used to it already

mine have... dun think is a bug..
its jus that the develop may think that when u finish with a job(notepad) u wanna open another job....
maybe.. i dunno
but ok la.. jus cancel lo....
how long will it take.... 1 secs? 2 secs?
