Problem with E680i - PLEASE HELP

My phone constantly has "memory is full" when i try to change any settings, set an alarm clock, etc. and "insufficent memory to use mylib" when i open real player. However, it would suddenly start working for no reason, and then stop working again!

I've tried to install Lin Loader, but not sure if it was really installed.
Then i read other posts about using the theme uninstaller.lin since it might be becuase of the winxp themes i previously installed.
I tried using the uninstaller, but nothing happened.
PLEASE HELP!!! I'm very frustrated about this....

first of all, wrong forum (this is the non-i forum)
secondly, check the faq and any sticky's as people have encountered this problem before
or you can try deleting some of your sms messages to free up some space or worst comes to worst, reflash your phone.
