modem driver is for using gprs with ur laptop. moreover u have to set to modem in able to use it. from what i know, u are in mass storage mode and cannot change to modem mode, therefore even if u have this software u might not use. there is a USB driver in it. i don't know wad it is. maybe to install the phone as a flash drive if the computer cannot detect. i'll send u that one
