E680 hangs as soon as in touch the screen

let me write the problem in detail
as from some dayz i was gettin dat FLASH memory error da fone vibrates n sometimes get dat flash memory error but i ignored it as it was workin fine n another thin i had like more than 1k sms so mayb dat was da problem as didnt install somethin new as installed some stuff some time ago n then deleted it as there was some empty space both in the internal memory n in the sd card as i thought its cuz ov low space in internal memory deleted some stuff but still da same then da fone was turned of cuz ov no battery then charged it n when i turned it on it was all fine n as soon as i touched the screen it vibrates n hangs/stucks n had to get da battery out n if i restart da same thin happened n da worst am havin dat lock code thing at da start so da fone starts the password prompt appears first yew have to enter the password n then da fone starts workin i mean i can call on da fone da fone didnt stuck but cuz ov dis password cant attend da call
was goin thorugh forums n tried many things as another thin my fone is in USB mass storage option cant change it to modem n all tried to telnet done evrythin but mayb its in mass storage mode dats y cant do dat
as done dat by pressing camera button n da left bottom button n on/of da blue boot screen appeared n then installed da modem drivers then in device manager done dat AT+MODE=99 n then made a connection dialup one n then dialed it n fail n all happened then installed dat USBlan software called barcela or somethin as afta dat cant do anythin i mean when i double click on da software exe's nothin happened n cant telnet usin ip no drive mapping n then when in cmd i tried ipconfig/all it only shows ma dsl modem connected through lan
so what shud i do to make ma fone workin is there any code or some key combination dat can reset or master reset as have all ov ma contacts in ma sim n can bare the loss ov msgs so theres no need dat they contacts or da msgs shud remain n all all i want is to get da fone runnin cuz ma other fone is also messing so its like do or die thing
as was tryin stuff for like 2 dayz heard kay if dat blue screeen appears then it means its only da prob ov firmware n then thought abt flashin the firmware but still there was a telnet or somethin included so cant do dat either
plz try helpin me as am like a noob in dis scene havent used these linux fones before so thanx in advance for ur help guys n further info can be given if needed

n is there any key combination or somethin by which one can master reset E680 widout touchin the screen n all ?

i don't think so that there's a way (key combination) to reset (just like Nokias and SEs)

but you may turn on your phone normally, put it in modem mode, using MPT (any version) or any P2K tools to save your contacts, messages to pc (i assume u're using Win-sucks-dows)

and then get your pluck to flash!!

i probably think u have to flash ur moto.
i am having the same poblem with A780..
but i still can use the external keypad....
i am checking all my contacts...
