    Hi ... why my E680 touchscreen doesn't work when searching network and on blank spot area ...

    good luck finding help here. I posted the same thing months ago with no reply. Dont bother sending in into motorola either. I guess they outsource the customer service people and they barely speak english. Everttime I called into find out the status, it takes them 20 minutes to figure out wether or not they know where my phone is. and The best part is I get my phone back 3 weeks later unrepaired.

    Same thing happened to me, if the screen has even the smallest dent then it won't work.

    I had the screen replaced and it work fine now.

    Please please please help give me the details of the place where you had your screen replaced phone number email address, phyiscal addrees etc anything. My screen does not respond to anything anymore. I need it replaced. I would like to send it there.
