Doesn't matter how many GB or MB you still have in your memory card. It is related to system memory. You must have installed several themes or keep too many sms/mms/email/email with attachments. Delete those that are not necessary.

Cannot Set Theme (Help!)
Hi guys,
i cannot set my theme as it keeps showing memory Full! I've deleted alot of items in phone memory, still cannot work! I'm using 1 GB SD card and currently I've alot memory left in SD card. Please help! Thank you very much.
