How to get my phone back to how i bought it

Hey guys, lately my e680 has been playing playing up. As in its been slow lately. Any ideas how to fix it? Re-start it?

slow? maybe delet all messages, i just know that the phone gows slow when we have lots of sms (800 - 1000).

mine is same fast all the time, when i have max. 400 sms i delete them all.

the phone will go slow after start up for a while(max. 30 - 45sec.), but that is normal.

If you don't mind losing your data/files/docs, just do master reset/master clear.
