E680 low volume ear piece

during a conversation the volume is really quiet, i had a v400 b4 and tis also like this very queit and i did sum seem editing ionno if i can do the same with e680 if so anyone have the instruction because i forgot. if not is ther a way to make it louder?

oops! It's just like mine, but one louder and one not louder then how to fix it, please help! thanx pal
