No Audio Coming out of my E680!NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

My ear piece on my phone went dead after a phone call went through when i had my phone connected to my pc on the usb cord. Once i unplug the cord to answer i couldn't hear anything in the earpiece and now when i try to watch movies or listen to mp3's there's nothing. I advise don't unplug your cord when its connected to your pc when you have a phone call. I think it might of shortage out the speaker on my phone or something..... ....well got a hold of Motorola tonight and gonna send my phone out for repairs. Please anyone that got any positive advise or another solution i'm all open to listen? But as for now i have no choice but to got with Motorola.(As much i hate to send my phone out)

wow that sounds like something serious that motorola should address or put warnings out if it indeed causes such damage if you unplug the cord during a phone call...

i've pull out the cord from pc, while talking, a few times, no problem?

did u click safety remove hardware?? maybe just restar you phone or do a master reset... who knows it might works!

Well heres an update to the sitituation:

I Tryed:

1.Master Restart
2.Master Clear
3.Cleared any uploads that i done.
4.Take out the battery and Sim card(more than 10 times)

And still the results came out negative. So i went to Sleep last night pissed and and ready to cry. Came downstairs to power it up one last time before i pack it up to send to Motorola....A MIRACLE HAPPEN! Everything was back to normal. What was weird was i accidently tap on the MTV game that preloaded and audio started to come out. So i tested a ringtone and there after a MP4 and now it runs flawless. Thanks for you all your support and questions everyone! There is a Mobile God out there.

same thing happened to my last phone 6230. the "no sound" thingy lasted only half hour though and came back on by itself.
