yeah its the real player problem.... i think its gonna be better if you flash your phone to abp or aep firmware and then use xmplayer . it plays video very well
I have an e680 and I downloaded some movies onto my 1GB SD card. When I try opening one that is 400 mbs, realplayer gives me an error message which says, "video sequence too long" or something like that. I would assume that I need some type of video splitter. Any thoughts?

E680 + E680I G 0D.C5.ABP + 2Gb Sandisk + BLACKHAWK's RockBoX !!! YEAH !!!
try use xilisoft converter.than convert thats videos.
convert to :MPEG-4 Video
bitrate :150
framerate :13,14, or 15
bitrate tolerance :200
Good Quality Videos..try it..
i hope this can help you
but when i had my e680 with its original firmware it still had some problem to play some videos that i converted with xilisoft or even with Moto-RMProducer . thats why i pupose you to flash your phone to abp because its faster than original firmware and you can install many software that developers and members had made. but its up to you because flashing is not a simple thing for the fist time. or maybe you can find in e680 thread like a better video player for e680
good luck
