HELP! CANNOT ACCESS FILES IN PHONE.

I have tried a master reset. When i try to open a file (mp3,note) it shows no files. When i plug it in my computer, it does not show the removeable drive, it does dedect the phone though.

Also it says memory full when i try to take a picture and open recorder. Seems like my phones memory was wiped when i plugged it into my xbox. Any ideas how i can reformat it?? I tried repair and format within the fun, says failed. Thanks.

is the internal e680 mem full or the card?
what OS do you use on your computer? linux or windows?

please explean more exactly.

Hehe sorry i was in abit of a rush last night.

Heres what i did. I plugged my phone into my xbox with the USB cable to charge it. Looks like it formated my phones memory. So what i did was goto Computer Managment in admin tools on my computer. It found the phone and i was able to intalize it and format it. Im not sure why the xbox formatted the phone, but its fixable.
