    A780
    MPEG4 -- Local an HTTP playback: A maximum of 30 fps is available at a
    bit rate of 350 kps when maximum size is 320 x 240

    E680
    MPEG4 -- A maximum of 15 fps is available at a bit rate of 64kps when
    maximum size is 256 x 176

    *A780 support --mpeg4 wmv 3gp rm
    E680 support -- mpeg4 3gp rm (but lower quality)

    What is a different between the Hardware??

    i hope Our E680 will play a HIGH quality video like A780 be

    that site seems to be wrong. because i encode my videos at 256kps and max size is 320x240. video quality is high enough for me

    i think moto means for smoothest playback? iunno. but try these settings: 12fps 256kps 320x240 sound at 32kps (these are the settings i use)
