ZmPlayer video settings??

Hello..
could any1 tell me wat type of videos work with ZmPlayer??
i need to know the exact video settings which will give me best quality on zmplayer...

like the fps, resolution.. etc
and also wud be appreciated if ud recommend the program ur using to do it???

I use Mp4 format works really well. 35-30 FPS and But should be 128-256. Resolution should be phone option size alot of softwares have phone size settings.

320x240res, 30FPS, 300kbit(ev. more), 192kbit stereo sound (or less/more)... if the ZmPlayer does not play that then the ePlayer will do it.
