i think motomaster is right but there is one thing u can do !!!!!
that is ............ make them replace ure phone !!its in waranty right???? then try to make a job sheet more than 2 time with same problem they will replace ure set.
or just add themes to ure phone and make it crash take it to the service centre guys and tell them that the hand set has problem and it occurs many time or do it twice or thrice the service centre guys dono much about the software things and they wont bother to give u new set beleve me ive done this with my old e6!!lolz!!!
