Alpha's Quadband & EDGE Script

Hi while running script i am getting following message in radiocomm,

Sending 'RDELEM' command with data '0032000100000200' to the radio...

RDELEM ==>FAILED
Driver answer ==> 12
Error Description ==> Event timeout occurred while waiting for USB Tx response: SUI::SUISendBulk()->WaitForSingleObject() = WAIT_TIMEOUT
Time to execute command: 15.016 seconds.
Command timeout set to : 15 seconds.

Then nothing happens. Plz give the solution.

Its your port. Try using another USB port and then make sure you have the latest drivers from our download section.

n for those who r havin trouble with getting everything workin, just be patient and have a look at the "settings" tab -> USB -> GNPO USB Driver on radiocomm..

I'm trying the enable Edge and Quadband, but I keep getting an error saying that the USB drivers only support Win 2000 or XP. I am currently running Vista can some get me help with getting around this.

i flashed my E6 with ahman's hybrid firmware... being a newbie here forgot about the Tri-band/quad-band thing. My phone was Q-band and working great here in Puerto Rico with AT&T. BUT lost it when flashed it.

Was having problem with RC staying on yellow, but after many tryes got RC to work... downloaded RC v11.3.2 and the newest moto drivers that found on one of this forums.

My phone is Q-band again!!!

Are you still having issues? If so run the program in windows 2000 mode.

Thank you for your support, Sorry that i did not post this sooner, But i always want to make sure things work before i release them.

is it possible enable only Edge (not Qband) ?

OMG,,, just found this page and did the quad band mode finally!!! I hated the poor signal it had with the triband. Thank you very much alpha..

I have a question though. RadioComm detects my cellphone sometimes and it tern green but other times it just stays blue :/
How do I know if thats a problem of my PC or the Cellphone?
The PC always recognize it because the phone starts charging, but it wont turn green the light of radiocomm,,,,, Im confuse, and still wanted to do the voicemail fix script...
