I just got my rockr 2 weeks ago and i'm currently with cingular,and i was trying to call international with but unfortunately i can't everytime i try to dial an international phone it dials for 2 seconds then i get disconnected,so i thought in the bigining it was a network problem so i poped my sim card in my other phone and it dialed fine, so did any one got this problem b4 plz advise! [
