EDGE and Quadband question

I just got my shiny new E6 today, and it's definitely the best phone I've ever had, even better than my MAXX V6. Right after getting it I did the EDGE mod with Radiocomm and got the "E" icon instead of "G". After that I did the quadband mod, and now the "E" is gone! Does anyone know if the quadband mod messes with some of the seems that the EDGE mod changes? Is it safe to just run the EDGE script again? Thanks!

i did my edge one after i did the quadband seams. hmmm dont do it if you are going to hold it against me if something happens but i think running the edge edit again couldnt hurt

I went ahead and ran the EDGE script again in Radiocomm and the E is back! After playing around with Google Maps for a couple of minutes, I'm not so sure that the quadband mod ever actually disabled EDGE, but it did at least replace the "E" with the old "G" GPRS indicator. Whatever happened, it's probably best to make your phone quadband before enabling EDGE.

That is the biggest problem with doing the seem edit.. It seems they cancel out each other. I will be releasing my scipt that does both in one shot and is 100% to work together.
