Ahman's hybrid firmware & voice recognition

I downloaded Ahman's hybrid firmware, but am wondering if there is a way to only enable the voice recognition without adding the other upgrades in that pack?

And why owould someone avoid upgrade ?

Well lets see, to recap what AhMan's post listed:

- Mapped Voice Recognition key to lower right corner button. This key isn't customisable. {THIS ONE I DONT REALY MIND}
- Mapped the carrier key (lower left corner) to become the customisable key which can be customised under the setup menu.
- Added the Bar Code Scanner application (QRCode) to the firmware. To create your own QRCode, visit the URL http://qrcode.kaywa.com
- Removed Realplayer intro animation to speed up loading when lauching mediaplayer.
- Added telnet & samba daemons to the firmware. To enable them, choose USBNET under usb setup.
- Added auto power-on via alarm (originally by bint).
- Added busybox to the firmware and a list of linked commands, such as vi, cmp, gunzip, more, netstat, route, su, tail, etc.

As far as why I wouldnt want these things, well lets see, i dont need them, i like the way every thing works currently except no VR, i dont want to keep making changes to the phone, and if nothing else personal preference.
So anyone else know a way?

well none of these addons gonna change anything to yourphone if you realy dont wanna use them tho you can uninstall manualy most of them .

ALso those you cannot remove can be very and I mean VERY usefull in case something bad happens to your phone (usbnet for example)

IF you realy wanna get rid of those then I suggest you contact Ahman himself via pm on this forum hes very friendly and will probably point you in the right direction ....
