    Default Help with Samba

I am able to telnet the phone using putty , SSH , SSHD and it works great , I folowes CLOVIS KKK ' s instructions and it worked perfect .

I cant seem to connect with SMBD tho , (Samba) . For some reason it 'almost' worked once , after I put in the IP I could see the phone folder in windows explorer , but I would get permission denied if I tried to connect to it ... Now I dont even see the folder ...

Any help would be appreciated , Telnet is usefull but Smba is wau easier to handle .. once it s working ...

You know you have to be connected via telnet first right?

To clear the air: In order to access Samba, one must telnet the phone first. So once the phone has been telnetted successfully, open samba and type //phonesip/system/ in the address bar. Hope this helps.
