i have replaced .system folder. it get installed in phone.
few questions/doubts:
1) two icons are presents in menu, other one in in chaines, how do i remove it.
2)I loose one application that I installed. (Atleast it is not in menu EQO IM java app.)

does anybody have ebook or some artical to read about how application get instlled on Moto ROKR E6, what is architecture, menu files, some detail.

what u have installed is an older version of mpkg...the other app in chinese is called ghost and it creates a backup...to uninstall it simply delete it from the folder calledf qtdownload which is a subfolder of .system...ull also need to clear the block of entry for ghost from the card rehistry...have a look at the sticky "uninstall mpkg app" to find out how to do this
ul will lose all user installed apps because u have replaced the entire .system file,which deletes the registry for the application

anyways, many users have posted their mpkg installers, so the mods can edit this post if required or else every thread will spawn a link to a new .system file
