I need help getting movies & tv shows on my phone. Where's the best place to get the media from? Do I need some sort of converter? Are there any kind of software upgrades for this phone or the browser?

Well, just google for it..I'm sure you will find something.
Anyway the phone should come with a software called the MPT software which should have a video encoder that should do the trick but won't work for some formats. There are third party softwares but you gonna have to set it up which can be a hassle.....
