MMS and Internet Problems

Can anyone help me to get my MMS and Internet working? PLEASE!
I went to the other thread (sms and mms) and I didnt understand where they found all these "settings", and Ive been trying everything. Ive looked through all the menus I can find, and I just really need someone to dumb it down I guess. (sad) I didnt want to keep asking about it, but now Im at my wits end. If anyone can walk this "technology challenged" girl through getting my internet and mms working, I would greatly appreciate it.

1. Click the setup icon from the main menu.
2. Go to "Data Network"
3. Click the menu icon on the lower left corner, then select new.
From there you will enter your network settings.

Thank you so much! Finally found it, now my internet is working, but I still cant get the MMS to work for some reason... I guess I'll go back to that other thread and see if theres something I missed. Hopefully soon Ill have a fully functioning phone... hopefully.
