Default Differences between MING & ROKR E6

Hey everyone ! I can't decide whether to buy a MING or a ROKR E6
There is a difference of only $10 or so between the two .

The pros of ROKR are :
    Battery life is better.
    Better Navigation Buttons .

    Cons :
No voice commands or voice activated dialling .
Screen becomes prone to scratches & fingerprints.

Are there any more differences between the two .I wud be buying in a few days . PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

Here are a few things I can think of:
The E6 has the larger headphone port(3.5). The E6 uses a mini SD card and the A1200 uses a micro SD card. Although the E6 screen is exposed to scratches, you can always put a screen cover on it if you are concerned. The A1200's clear flip scratches quite easily also. I suppose you could use some type of cover for that too, but i never tryed one. The A1200 is thicker while the E6 is taller, so depending on how you plan to carry your phone this could be a factor. The absence of voice recognition is a big let down for me on the E6. I was unaware of this until after I bought the phone. I was used to voice dialing on my bluetooth headset from time to time. I can't say I always used voice dialing because it took longer to do than to simply tap on a number on my contact list. It is a missed conveniance in situations like driving though. Your decision is more of a mater of your personal needs and preferences. I prefer a candy bar style phone to a flip. I always loved my SLVR, but always wished it was a touch screen. The E6, style wise, is pretty much that plus more features. I just dont like the "common" look of a flip phone, nor do I like having to "flip" it to use it. The clear flip on the A1200 gives it a little more style over other flip phones though, and the voice recognition is a feature that ALL phones should have. Hope that helps a bit. Good luck!

@ Jahimm -- Thanx. And yes A1200 uses a slightly more power efficient & smaller transflash/microSD card . Also a candy-bar/flip phone or 3.5/2.5 mm headset jack doesn't make any difference to me

The only thing that i hate about MING is its navigation buttons. The joystick in MING is pathetic especially for playing games & stuff .( I never liked joystick as a navigation button anyway.)

But ROKR doesn't have voice dialling .

So i was looking for anything that cud swing my decision either way.

Neways i have MING with me right now and wud be using a ROKR too within this week .( The guy from the mobile shop is my friend)

I would disagree that the screen is prone to fingerprints or scratches. These touchscreens take fingerprints pretty well. They're usually invisible and if they are, they are easy to wipe off. Also, I've been carrying my E6 without a pocket for about 3 months now and haven't gotten a single scratch.

lol. it doesn't work like that. you have to be connected to your network and they tell you what the barcode means. I've tried the scanner on my A1200 with numberous things including regular household products' barcodes. it works like this:

I thought the barcodes / qr codes contained strings of information. In this case I think the string of information was a web link so when you use the code reader in a browser it would link you to the web link. Hrmmm ... I dunno....
