How to convert rokr-e6 from 2g quadband to 3g....??????

I Have Gone through many threads related to Quadband and Edge. But I want to know how to convert my rokr e6 from 2G to 3G...??? Because i am using a generic version .08p, my Internet Browsing and Downloading Speed is very LOW both on my Mobile as well as on my Laptop. I connect to Laptop using a USB Modem via Dial Up Connection which gives me a speed of 10 kbps only. I have to wait for around a minute for a Web page to open. And downloading speed is even worse. I am Very unhappy with this speed. Many of my friends are using latest 3G quadband phones like Nokia C5 and getting awesome speed ,though they are using the same ISP as i am using and same GPRS plans as i am using. They say that Rokr E6 is a 2G phone hence i get very less speed.
Friends pls help me...pls...i will always be gratefu to u.
