I don't know whether Universal Box or Spiderman box support E6 or not but

MSS II and SmartMoto (Scout dongle) support Motorola phones

But why do you need them to flash your phone they are not at all needed just flash with RSD lite...

if you are thinking of programming the flash chip with those box then let me know how you did that as there is no JTAG port info available for E6
