E6 memory card goes unreadable many times

Hi, i hav another problem with memory card ...
While i insert memory card, i'm nt getting msg as 'memory card inserted'.
I should insert & remove many times until i get msg as 'memory card inserted'.
It really sucks ...
Moreover after inserting, it works fine then after sometimes the memory card goes unreadable ...
If i open any java application wil get msg as 'Appllication wil not be launched due to an application error'.
If i goto file manager & select memory card, then the phone gets hang. should remove battery, insert & switch on mobile ...
So, wat is the solution for this problem ?

If you are using microSD to SD adapter then check the adaptor may be there is something got loose... or you need some replacement...

...what kind of card is your's,i mean unremovable chip ...... slid like Adapter or Adapter and Mcard is Separete

I hav even replaced the adaptor to new one, stil facing the same problem ...
