Could doing a master reset help?
I find that my E6 speaker is not working. It happened all of a sudden. I can talk and listen to songs only through my S9. Any ideas why this happened all of a sudden? Thanks in advance !

Thanks kundancool and Santhosh. I will try both options and let your know.
I guess doing a master reset will result in deletion of all data both on the phone and the SIM card. I can back that up. What about the contacts list? Will I lose all the phone numbers and also related data. Is there any other data that will be lost? Any other data that I have to watch out for and backup before doing a master reset? What about built-in ringtones for example?

Also how do I backup the phone memory? If I use USB cable, all I can see is SD card folders and files. Should I use the PC Interfacing software that came with the E6? I don't know if I still have it with me! Is there any other way of backing up the phone memory without that software?
