i face same problem when i flash my phone with sdhc patch but after that i flash new firmware then sdhc patch format mmc master clear my phone and now its done

NO the adapter is not locked but still its having the problem..

but i wanna say that according to my observation this problem only arises when i mount something..
but not really sure about this.........maybe.....

NO the adapter lock is OK!!!
My e6 says delete file failed when deleting some file.
And if the adapter is locked the phone says "the memory card is write protected"
it does not say "delete file failed".

Yeap.... I suspecting there's another problem with the generic FW itself... it's not an hardware at all then
