well use this software and then restore all deleted files
Software Download : GetDataBack for FAT and NTFS v4.0.0.1.7z
website : Data Recovery Software Products and Downloads - Runtime Software Products

NOTE : do not copy any files or folders to memory card before restoring or you may not be able to restore that data

IMPORTANT : I am not trying to introduce piracy this is just a help so do not use the software for sharing or continuous use If you like it then buy it as they deserve that for what they create
    Motorola A1200 : Beast
    Motorola MOTOROKR E6/E6e : GoldenBird/Bricked
    Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 : Stock ROM (Gingerbread 2.3.6) - ROOTED

To recover data from memory card you need rely on professional photo recovery tool like Kernel for FAT and NTFS and follow the steps:
    1. Install the software on ur computer.
    2. Connect the memory card to computer.
    3. select the drive(usually G or H for memory card) , click Start. Now the scanning process will start to search the deleted files. After a while you will then get a list of recoverable files.
    4. Press Recover to perform full recovery.

There are many memory card recovery software are available to recover lost pictures from accidentally formatted memory card. Actually, when you format SD memory card, the data present on memory card will not get deleted permanently until you save or copy any new files to SD memory card. So, do not use accidentally formatted SD memory card. I have used SD card recovery software, which recovered all data present on my SD Card. You can download free demo version to evaluate chances of recovery. If you are satisfied with the recovery results then you can use full version to save those recovered pictures.
