Locked screen when turning on. Help!

Hi, I have problem with my Moto.
When I'm trying to turn on the phone I see a padlock and it not turn on. The hardware lock is switch off.
I can only turn on my phone when I plug it to pc with usb connection or plug to the charger.
Any idea what may be the reason?

what screen it is showing when you are connecting to pc ... and remove the battery

@ arisonpl, Your E6 side lock is broken inside when you locked the screen. So you are seeing that Lock icon on turning on phone. Go to service centre, get it open. After opening the lock you can use your phone. But don't use side lock. If you want permanent solution then you need to replace Chassy Assay i.e. side panel. It cost 700/-

@prasannars Maybe it's problem with the side lock but it's working well when the phone is switched on.
I do not have any service center near me and the phone is just old - I don't whant to spend money on the repair. Maybe You could give some instructions or a scheme what I should do when I open my phone and whant to unlock the side lock.

Did you check why End/Power down key? Can you end call using End key? 80% sure problem with side lock. I never dis-assembled my E6. I took my phone to service centre, they opened the lock. .

try local mobile repair shops if possible there should be some

this could be the sidelock problem as well
have you flashed your phone before this problem occured ?

@prasannars, Yes I can end call with the end key.

@kundancool I don't want to pay for the repair, maybe there is any solution what I should do to unlock the side lock.
I flashed my phone some time ago but it worked well. I have not used the phone for a while and now there is a problem with the side lock. I try to flash phone with many roms but there was not any change.

try reassembling.... your phone,and make decission logically, i mean open the lock inside phone ...... untill you unlock that u cant turn on your phone,because its user forced to make dead lock ....

man do one thing remove the lock key with a screwdriver after that try sliding the hardware switch to unlock with a needle... do it at your own risk...

Better don't take risk... Take it to service centre or to any local mobile shop who is skilled in handling Motorola phones.
