the you have to replace numberboard library with the fingerpad library... to integrate fingerpad
and for MPKG crack just replace your libezxam.so with the cracked one....
Hi modders, I have few questions. Please reply.
1. How to integrate Fpad in generic firmware?
2. How to crack MPKG restriction?

Thank you. Boss tried in all possible way to mod A1600 firmware. No use. After making changes, I packed firmware. And when I extracted again the same. It was same. S80 autoon was missing, all changes made were missing.

Hey buddy if you have compiled new CG's with EZXCodec then extract the new one look at the name of the new CG's you compiled as by default the new CG's will get a postfix of "_new" in thier name so you have to extract the nwe CG43_new.smg to confirm that it is modded ...
I hope you must read guides and do more practice... well I have downloaded the A1600 Firmware I will start modding after a few days sorry but I have to complete Motorola ROKR E6 firmware then Motorola A1200 Firmware then I will go for A1600 Firmware all will have almost same features....
for more details about the feature list look in E6 firmware section in my firmware or the link to my firmware in my signature.... If you can wait then ok other wise Mod yours until I realease the firmware....

Just I wanted to learn modding... Since 2004 I am fan of Moto. I dreamed to be a Er. in Moto. Unfortunately I came to Medical field. Take your own time... I will wait till you release your A1600 firmware.

One more question.. How to change firmware name while modding firmware? When we insert www008w in modded firmware it shows names given by modders like Rokr_Roks_vraviranjan, Black_storm etc.?

Thank you. And few more questions
1. If we add new wallpapers & ringtones, is it necessary to maintain same name as that of original wallpapers/ringtones in firmware?
2. To enable Autorun, just adding S80 autoon in rc.2... is enough or we need to do something else.
3. How to enable auto detection of .ttf, .sh., .pskn etc.?

no there is need to follow naming conventions for adding wallpaper and ringtones
yes to enable autorun you have to just add that script to rc2.d folder
to enable file detection use mime.types from a modded firmware which supports that extensions and replace the file CG43/etc/mime.types with the modded one.
and in CG34/preloadapps/SysMime
change both from modded firmware it will detect the file types....

So just by replacing Sysmime in CG34 (CG33 in A1600) & mime.type in CG43 with modded Sysmime & mime.type is sufficient right?
And if we want to remove Java apps from firmware, just deleting jad & jar file is sufficient or there are any registry to be removed
