attachment contains binaries and document.

examples:
7za a -t7z -m0=lzma -mx=9 -ms=on a.7z a.txt

With filter for little-endian ARM code (increase the compression ratio on 5-10%) :
7za a a.7z a.txt -m0=arm -m1=lzma

create a self extract file:
7za a -sfx a.exe a.txt

extract:
./7z x a.rar
