    Red face AMPD files for long battery

    guys m hving 2 ampd files m using niks cyclone firmware v2.o but whnever i paste dem into my startup /clock folder it affects my phone lock mode s der is no response from phone when i lock my cell by pressiong side key of my rokr whnever i do so instead of showing de clock de lights immediately gets turned off !!!! means dey dont show da clock !!! or ny other activity such s if der is an incoming call in silent mode m unable to see the flash of light wht should i do ??? hv ny othr ampd files for good battery life??? plzzzzzzzzzzzz help
    the file below ampd.zip is da best ampd for battery s i cn use my rokr continiously for 3 days with dat file plzzz help me out

    dude does using apmd file makes less battery consumption ?? experts plzz help me out ...

    well in normal I can only say that getting higher speed on your phone will make battery consumption very high
    so must try avoiding Over-clocking if you don't really need over-clocking

    while the default apmd is good as it automatically setup itself according to speed and battery consumption....

    so the only way to find a good apmd for our phone is that get it from the firmware which has good battery life ...

    and extract the apmd from it and use it if you are really facing battery life issues...

    hey bro's i solved my problem we hv to paste da ampd file 1 in ampd.zip to ur autorun/clock folder m using it now cn see the effect i ws doing a mistake of pasting it in stsrtup/clock it ws giving me errors s i posted above
    i suggedt u guys to "try ampd.zip not da battery.zip" .

    bro the problem is i m using mfuns final... in .autorun folder ,theres no clock folder .. so plzz guide me.. & also tell me whether to put the APMD.ZIP file or the extracted one in the folder ??

    hey just extract ampd.zip and create a new clock folder in ur .autorun folder so u paste ur ampd file in .autorun\ampd and den restart ur cel ur done

    If you are using E6 MFUNS Final firmware then you have to do is this

    copy your apmd file in
    /ezxlocal/
    after that you can see you apmd as
    /ezxlocal/apmd
    note no other name or other case of apmd file just rename it to apmd....

    and save it to
    /ezxlocal
    as I have checked the startup script it shows that it checks for the apmd file in
    /ezxlocal folder

    I hope this will solve your apmd problem..

    bro.. i m not being able to paste the file in EZXLOCAL .. tried several time but its not staying there.. wat should i do ??
