problem with e6

my e6 got dropped...
and there began a new problem..
well never seen anything like this before but even the slightest jerk or even swing makes the screen blank flashes as if its about to die but it kind of reboots...
i can hear sounds coming out of it when i shake it near my ear...
tell me what could be the possible fault in the phone...
i asked a repairman and he said the screen and display I.C. need to be replaced and he even identified the problem saying that he has repaired these type of problems before...
i need some good advice...
dont wanna lose my ROKR.....

some battery issues with the terminaks got a new one and its working great....
