Problem with the Digitizer

Hi guys after using ROKR for 3 years without any problem i now have problem with the digitizer. Whenever i touch the dialer pad the mobile opens up the messages. I noticed a portion in the right corner of the digitizer that had been damaged. So planned to change it and got a new digitizer from the grey market. Using the E6 disassembly guide i tried to disassemble the E6. In fact i removed almost everything except the part which i wanted to replace. I am stuck up in removing the old digitizer from the front panel. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

The best way to get it done is go to some repair shop and get it done easily with no hazel...
