ROKR E6 through usb pc not detecting and cannot charge phone

hi guys

my ROKR E6 not detecting through usb cable while connected to pc and not able to charge phone using charger or usb cable and i tried different firmwares and flashed successfully(boot mode working) but still same problem plz help me guys

What mode are you connecting the phone after flashing? Is the driver installed properly?

it is connected in modem mode and i have installed all the latest drivers,i am able to connect in flash mode phone detects

Look at your usbd (on the phone), what does it shows?

You can use tools such: EZXsysinfo, USBmode, or manually looking at motusbd

sorry i did not get u what u want to say plz can u make a little clear

its connected in modem mode (while i plug to my pc using usb cable pc should show some msg that something connected, it doesnot show any msg as if nothing connected or detected)

Even devmgmt.msc doesn't show a thing?
Try connecting in other mode, hope it works another way.

i tried all modes the pc should show something connected right it doesnot show anything but in boot mode the pc detects that a device is connected.
