Backup the apps order in '' all'' category ??

is there any way to backups the order in ''all'' category so when i reflash i can recovery the order of the installed apps

whenever the memory card is removed or i connect the phone via usb in mass storage mode, the order of the applications/every thing installed changes, is there any way so that it doesn't happen.
