simple qeilock question

This is very simple:

Am I suposed to change my "Customized Key" to open this application? Is this the only way?

i.e. i press the customized key to lock the phone instead of the hardlock on the side of the phone

is this correct?

yes u r correct,i do that prcess after damaged of my side lock...........
