Yes u r correct, but PARTIALLY

There is an option in Settings -> Advanced -> Inline Editing

If u keep it ON, thn Opera will use its own Keyboard. [In Landscape mode, you can use Landscape Keyboard... i luv it!]
    If u keep it OFF, thn u can u d E6's keyboards

Opera V5 BETA working perfectly fine.. uptill now... no BUGS occured... even working gr8 via USBNET.

even mine too becomes slow after some time....as far as i kno...there is one techniq to speed up java applications...go to cell settings ,then power management ,unclick the battery power saver..then save...then try opera mini...try this for a movement...i hvnt tried it now..

over clock may speed up ...but it will drastically drain battery power..its harmful for battery too iff too much over clocking is done...

    Sorry bro... i mis-understud it...

as per the Keypad problm... i think tht its coz Opera V5 BETA mite have compatibility problms wth E6's keypad [Dont 4get its still in BETA]. I dont thnk its coz of Opera has recognized the handset's Touch-Screen capabilities and mite have locked to it!

    There is a final release.
You can try downloading it from mini.opera.com in your phone's browser. Although, on my Ming, when I tried download it, I was told that my handset is not supported...'spicy' put up the final version somewhere (maybe search) here in case you can't download it.

I hope the above is of some use.
